Very much enjoying our experience with Sparrow Greenwood.The Manager Emma is amazing and always thoughtful, calm and so informative. You can see she has a passion for her job and the children and families.Thank you team for making us feel so welcome and safe!

I have worked at this centre for the past three years and couldn't be happier with the new management and all the wonderful educators that I work with. They are very hardworking and dedicated to providing the best outcomes for children and their families. The educators are welcoming and friendly and always happy to help anyone whether it's colleagues, families, children or the community. I would highly recommend this centre to anyone wanting a supportive, family-like environment.

I have been working at this centre over a year now and I have loved the whole experience. Educators are dedicated and committed to each and every child's learning and development at the centre, forming bonds and relationships with both children and their families. Absolutely love it here and working with my colleagues :)

Wonderful experience so far, all staff are lovely and very welcoming. My child is excited when we drop him off and the service received so far can’t be faulted. Would definitely recommend this centre.

I can’t fault this Centre. The team here are amazing the service is top notch. You can really see how much the educators care for the kids. I’d 100% recommend Greenwood Sparrow Early learning Centre. If I wasn’t changing jobs I’d of kept my child there longer.

The educators here at Jellybeans Greenwood are just fantastic. They really listen and care about what your child needs the most. They are caring, warm and will mother your child just like you will. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you to the team at Jellybeans!

Had very bad experience when ownership was changed recently. A few examples:- Less progress update about the kid's activities although app is provided.- Lead educator on duty is not aware of what is happening and claiming the toddler is having a fever at 37 °C and not himself. if u been to a GP, a GP will say that 38°C is only considered a fever (Correct me if i am wrong). When he is not himself, actions such as offering a dummy/milk are not taken despite having several conversations about this. Worst of all, the new centre manager is not being neutral in the whole incident and keeps on talking about policies without finding a solution. I know there are policies to follow but surely we should also be more pragmatic. .e.g no milk bottle is supplied, therefore cant offer milk. But did u call the parents to seek permission if milk can be supplied in a cup? This is not a one time incident and is frustrating especially to us as working parents who have to rush to pick up the kids from the city but only to find that he is actually well and active. Thank you for your time on reading our rants, we are definitely leaving this place.

Sparrow Early Learning, Greenwood is a brilliant daycare centre.. I would recommend that place to anyone!!

This beautiful centre has some of the most wonderful and caring educators I have ever met! Children are well cared for and the educators truly care about the children’s well-being and learning. Highly recommend ❤️
